➫ follow these point:
- Press Window+R ,then a RUN dialog box will be appeared)
- type .. cmd and press enter.
➫ For Shutdown:
- type .. shutdown /s .
- press enter , your pc will be shutdown. (sometime it will take some time).
➫ For Restart:

All above are seem to be easy trick, coz we have already seen these several time in our life......... Some time we underestimate them and we ignore these, we 've to take care about all of these:
➫ To turn off /Restart anyone laptop:
- You can write above mentioned codes in notepad
- and save with .bat extension ,
- send .bat file to your friends (if he/she don't know about this and directly open .bat file) then , his/her pc will be shutdown/restart.

**Note: don't open above file directly on your pc ... it will turn off your pc directly!!!
